affordable change to wider tires. State-of-the-Art the known 3-piece
aluminium forged wheel in high end quality coming from Rick«s
Motorcycles. Finished in the motorcycle standard and of course with
T†V-certification. The basis of all components is forged sheet
material. Which used for the star or the inner part milled on CNC
machines into design and gets it to function.
The circular Ricks
blanks for the rim rings will be reshaped cold, on a Roll-Press-Machine
with very high pressure, which is commonly known as forged. A high
material condensation is created without the material-fiber-run to be
broken. This means no what so ever pores or shrink holes that would be
developed by other manufacturing methods for example cast. That way, a
high surface quality while polishing is given.
