All of our products start as 6061-T6-Aluminum Billet.  These components are then crafted, polished and plated using state of the art equipment to achieve the quality and constituency we demand of our products.  Now you probably want the translation. 

1.  Parts are machined on CNC equipment.

2.  High polished

3.  Electrolysis Nickel Plated

4.  Nickel Plated

5.  Chrome Plated

6.  Assembled with Coated Hardware

 

Why we do this is for durability of finish.  The electrolysis nickel has double the corrosion resistance of copper and covers the entire part.
