The C6 Sharkbar is a bolt-in harness bar for 2005 to 2007 Corvette coupes, including the 2006-2007 Z06. The harness bar keeps both occupants securely in place while track, auto crossing, drag or road racing. The bar aligns the belts to the proper angles and helps stiffen the frame. The bar does not effect the operation of the OE seat belts or not block rear view mirror visibility. The factory quarter panels have to be modified to install the bar. We offer pre-modified quarter panels so the original panels will not need to be modified or customers can modify their own panels using a provided template. The Bar requires a 3" aftermarket (individual style) belt . The bar standard powder coated colors are gloss black and flat black (matt finish) and gloss red. Custom colors are available at an additional cost. Chrome is now available. Includes a detailed installation manual and grommets/pins. An additional lap belt bar is sold separate.
